Wildlife Reserve - feat. Love & Light, Bevvy Swift, Dewey dB, J.me.J & Vudutron
The Woofercookers crew comes correct once again, this time borrowing influence from our animal friends worldwide. Prepare yourself for all sorts of mood, tempo being no object. Opening up the EP is a bouncy little jam by Vancouver's own Vudutron - "Duck Duck Goose", followed by JmeJ's funky yet stomping peice, "Tiger Maul (The Anthem)". Label head Dewey dB follows through with two uptempo glitch epics, "Albert the Giraffe" and "The Penguin", sure to satisfy all those loving the 100 bpm+ range.
"THE HARVEST" EP feat. EL MONGOOSE, BEVVY SWIFT, ILL-ESHA, DEWEY dB [WOOF05]
Bringing you the more musical side of dancefloor, four of the "Woofercookers" crew offer up their own unique brands of woofer-cooking, with vegetables. "Laidback Lettuce" instantly grabs you with clever arpeggiated stabs, and follows through nicely with perfectly contrasting bass tones and pauses. Watch for the second drop! Bevvy Swift's "Bean so Lonely" is irresistibly danceable, and heavily influenced by the swedish minimal funk movement, a.k.a. "skweee", with a touch of that bristol space pimp sound. "Risky Rutabaga" is a psychedelic journey through the mind of a legume on the loose.
GLITCHY & SCRATCHY: “8 BIT GLITCH”/”SUCKER PUNCH RMX” [WOOF04]
The glitch hop universe has been waiting for official Glitchy & Scratchy releases since the runaway success of their mix with Dewey dB, “Laserbass”. The two have generated a huge following with their innovative events, founding BC’s Integrated Grime Unit crew, and performing at the legendary Shambhala festival. We are proud to bring you a taste of the Glitchy & Scratchy sound - “8 Bit Glitch” gets you in that half-steppin’ Atari groove, while “Sucker Punch” re-imagines the work of Canadain hip-hop crew 50 Fingers .
DEWEY dB: “FRESH COFFEE” [WOOF03]
The brain behind our community websites takes us on a dreamy yet spastic, technical yet moody, journey through his carefully engineered world of throbbing bass and exquisitely random sampling.

ILL-ESHA: “KITCHEN SYNC”/”SIN CITY” [WOOF02]
One if the West Coast’s most versatile producers brings you “Kitchen Sync”, an organically pulsating bowl of musical Jello featuring analog circuit-bent noises, live instruments and multiple tempos. “Sin City” is straight dubstep filth, featuring the melodious voice of MC Ozzius Atreides.

JAY WIKID: “THUMPIN”/”WHISPERS” [WOOF01]
Get out your crunk goggles and zip up your glitch spacesuit, it’s time for lift off and Canadian bass prodigy Jay Wikid is your pilot. The Woofer Cookers crew is proud to be on board this mission. Jay’s trademark sculpted edits and ever-changing patterns are vividly on display in “Thumpin”, a classic 90 bpm head-nodder. With “Whispers”, he showcases a more spacey downtempo vibe, a perfect postcard from the many outdoor festivals we’re known for in beautiful BC.
